Have you ever dreamt to be a pirate?

As you know, there is a great amount of new laws and project that are held by the government of the Russian Federation, so one of the most ‘loud’ and taken over is an Anti-piracy law that prohibits the usage of any content without having legislative rights in the Internet. Whatever, if you don’t send your finished assignments to Torrents, do you?
Anyway, this new-coming users’ update all over the country is connected not only with the previous bills and drafts, but and with the opinions of our ‘colleagues’ from other countries, because they’re all worried of free listening to the music and watching films. Where is the punishment?

Questions:
1)  What’s your attitude to such an innovation?
2) What are the main aspects of the filed lawsuit?
3) Who thinks that the adoption of the anti-piracy bill will create grounds to denounce bloggers and activists, and it will be a new way to tackle the opposition?
4) How many sites will be forced to close after the filing?
5) What is an elimination when it is concerned due to the bill?
